“I love you as certain dark things are to be loved, in secret, between the shadow and the soul.”
Pablo Neruda, 100 Love Sonnets
Shy smiles, exciting exchanges and inexplicable complexities surround love in the 21st century. Neruda’s words marry the beauty of love and it’s unavoidable secrecy!
Share your greatest love(s) in the comments. Mine is food. And, well, Johnny Depp. 😀
For starters, Neruda … in the original. Poetry is where the music and flow of Spanish are peerless 🙂

Greatest love…that would have to be sleep! Nature and coffee are close seconds.
Hmm, I just noticed that it might be hard to love both coffee and sleep, since hey contradict each other. Oh well, making bad decisions is a fundamental part of love 😀
